First Aid Levy Per Rider: $5.00 for the whole event, payable with entries. Please only pay one levy per rider.
Insurance: All riders must be current members of EA or BDSJC or HRCAV
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and are NOT ALLOWED in practice arenas.
Parking needs to be tight to make use of all available space. The Roberts Road side of the grass arena is for floats and small trucks wanted powered camping and are building small numbers of yards. These sites are only 7m wide. There are to be no pegs or posts into the ground within 1m of this boundary fence due to underground power and water.
Semis and bigger trucks/goosenecks wanting powered camping need to go across the opposite side of the grounds near the loading ramp. There is plenty of room to build your own yards but please be considerate of others in the amount of space that you take.
There is plenty of unpowered camping near the old cross country finish and is in close proximity to the amenities block. You are able to build your own yards and its perfect if you have your own generator.
If you are planning on bringing a stallion please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can allocate you a corner stable
Also please email with any camping requests
Refund policy: after entries close refunds will only be possible with a vet or doctors certificate. Only horses covered by the vet certificate will be covered. A 10% administration fee will be imposed.
