CLUB PARADE

 
There will be a Parade of Clubs held at the conclusion of the Ring Events (Approx. 12.30pm).  
Clubs to parade with their club banner. 
There will be a Best Presented Club award. 
  

GEAR CHECK

 
8.30am - riders must not mount their horse until their gear check is complete. 

** 10.00am gear check for Assisted and Unassisted riders **

Official Club Uniform – V neck Jumper collared Shirt, Tie, Beige Jodhpurs or Stockman’s pants 
  

PRIZES 

 

Ribbons to 5th place.

Age Champion rosettes - based on the riding age groups.

$25 per horse/rider combination. 
Rider may enter 2 horses for the showjumping events only, nominating 1 horse H/C for the event. 
Global Entries - Open - 1 May 2024 Close - 27 May 2024 
Late entries are subject to a late fee of $5.00 per combination. 
  

CANTEEN

 

Available throughout the day.

Coffee available via coffee van.

 
  

CAMPING

 
Available - shower and toilet facilities, no power,  limited yards available - please call 0478 011 885 to book. 

 

  • The committee reserve the right to alter or amend the program if necessary.
 
  • Pony Club NSW Rules & Regulations and Zone 14 Bylaws apply. 
 
  • All riders must be financial members of pony club and graded on the horse that is entered, this will be checked at time of entry.
 
  • Grading cards to be presented upon request.
 
  • No dogs permitted. No smoking on grounds. 
 
  • All persons, animals and vehicles enter the grounds at their own risk. 
 
  • No person is to approach or converse with any judges during an event.
 
  • Disputes: Must be presented in writing within 30 minutes by Team Manager with a $20 deposit to the disputes Committee. The Decision of the Committee is final.
