- For Participants/Competitors: We collect bank account details for the sole purpose of transferring prize money as instructed by Event Organisers.
- For Event Organisers: We collect bank account details to transfer funds collected from event entries.

- For Emergency Purposes: To allow Event Organisers to contact your designated emergency contact if necessary during an event.

(a) Event Organisers:
When you register for an event, we share your personal information (including your name,
contact details, and emergency contact information) with the Organiser of that specific
event. This is strictly for the purpose of event administration, allowing the Organiser
to communicate with you about the event or to use your emergency contact details if
required. The Event Organiser's use of your information is governed by their own privacy
policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any event you enter.
(b) Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to
valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
