  • For Participants/Competitors: We collect bank account details for the sole purpose of transferring prize money as instructed by Event Organisers.
  • For Event Organisers: We collect bank account details to transfer funds collected from event entries.

(c) Information collected automatically:

  • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your user experience on our Platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your browser that help our website remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with our site.   • For Emergency Purposes: To allow Event Organisers to contact your designated emergency contact if necessary during an event.

(a) Event Organisers:
When you register for an event, we share your personal information (including your name, contact details, and emergency contact information) with the Organiser of that specific event. The Event Organiser's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any event you enter.
